Glossary of Terms
Client - The IP address of traffic that comes through your listings or website. This information helps you to determine which visitors are unique or new visitors and those that are returning visitors.
Listing clicks - Indicates clicks through to your website from your listing.
Listing impressions - Indicates views to your listing on the BT Customerstreet directory websites.
Portal - The term used for the BT Directories such as Ufindus and MoreUK.
Referrers -When visiting a webpage, the referrers or referring page is the web address of the previous webpage from which a link was followed.
Search Engine Spiders - Search Engine Spiders are programs that 'feed' websites to search engines and they read all the content on your website. They are known as spiders since they 'crawl' over the internet but are also known as 'Robots' or 'Crawlers'.
Website Hits - Indicates all clicks through to your website including those from Search Engine Spiders.
Website Impressions - Indicates views to your website excluding Search Engine Spiders.

Why are my statistics different to Google Analytics?
Your Rapidstats statistics will differ from your Google Analytics as the statistics on Rapidstats count hits from all traffic to your website, including Search Engine Spiders, and the Portals you are listed under.
